Trainerpack Workout: Intermediate Strength

New Trainerpack Workout: The Skirt Workout
After a brief haitus, Vesna and her killer Trainerpack workouts are back! This week, it’s a targeted workout for your legs. She says:
Lean legs are hard to get. I have designed this workout with very little weight and very high reps to give you that toned look. Do this workout as prescribed and you will get a really great quad burn. For optimal results, please make sure that you are eating clean!

Trainerpack Workout: Boot Camp
Another workout courtesy of Trainerpack. This one will really get your weekend going. I’m actually going to try it out today, so I’ll let you know how it goes! Boot Camp requires no equipment, so you can do it anytime, anywhere.
Miss Trainerpack says:
I want to put on my army pants and blow my whistle and yell: “GO GO GO” but that might seem a bit too commanding. Instead I will invite you out for a pleasant workout. Bootcamp is the latest, greatest, most fun workout. Actually it feels more fun after you have completed it. So put your running shoes on, grab a water bottle and take it outside. You will be doing some jump lunges, jump squats and push ups! Oh yeah, prepare to sweat. Have fun.

New Feature: Introducing Trainerpack Workouts!
I’m teaming up with Trainerpack to bring you free, downloadable workouts for your iPod! Trainerpack will also be posting some of my content on their site.
I’ll have a new workout right here for you guys every other Thursday, but you can always go to the Trainerpack site to get free workouts any time. Many of them can be done at home with free weights and the instructions are always very clear. I know I’ve already gotten a lot of ideas from these workouts. I also love how the models they use on the videos aren’t scary-skinny. They just look fit and healthy.
