Some Evening Abs
I didn’t have time to train them today at the gym, so here’s my plan for some five-minute abs on my new yoga mat (while watching The Biggest Loser, of COURSE).
Plank - one minute
Side planks - 30 seconds on each side
Toe touches - 30 seconds
Bicycles - 30 seconds
Froggy style crunches - 30 seconds
Regular crunches - one minute
Stretch - 30 seconds
Tip: If you don’t want to plan out your ab workout, just put on a song that’s about five minutes and engage your abs somehow for the whole song.
