Breakfast Done Right
I always get asked about breakfast. Without repeating myself too much, here’s what you need to know:
I don’t care what your excuse is, you HAVE to eat breakfast. If you’re not used to eating it, it’ll take a week or two to get used to. Suffer through the “pain” of eating in the morning and notice how much more energy you have throughout the day.
Eat 300-500 calories worth of food.
Include plenty of lean protein and fiber.
Check out this recipe to make a delish Southwest Egg Scramble. Then, look at the other non-boring breakfast options that fit my criteria here.
