My dad was inspired by the Lighter Sesame Chicken! He says:

I remembered your sesame chicken from the blog so I used that as the basis for the dinner tonight.  I did remove the skin  and deboned the thighs.  Aren’t you proud.  I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have done that without the consciousness raising I feel you are bringing to food intake. We didn’t have any sesame seeds, so substituted a little peanut butter.  Didn’t have broccoli so I went with steamed carrots.  It was yummy!  That egg white and corn starch is the magic way I used to start my kung pao chicken.  It’s a winner every time, and the secret is to not crowd the pan— exactly as you indicated!  Feel free to re-blog me, or flog me , or whatever you want!

Okay, I’ll flog you, Daddy-o. <3
