Small meal #3: breakfast in the afternoon

whole wheat English muffin (100 cals)
whipped cream cheese (90 cals)
small plate of mixed berries (100 cals)

Total: 290 cals, 7g fiber, 7g protein, 30g carbs

I’ll try to get better about photographing everything!

This is my pre-workout snack. It has a little bit of protein and some whole grain/fruit (good carbs) to sustain me through the workout. The high carb/low fat combo is ideal for pre-workout snacks. I try to eat about 2 hours before I work out since I cramp up easily.
