Profile of a Healthy Eater: Jordann

Jordan wants to learn how to whip up some ratatouille and asks, “Who wouldn’t want to sit down with Julia Child?” Read the rest of her profile to get some more of her flavor.

  1. What’s your foodie style? Simple and organic. Something people consider “healthy” that you think is anything but? Diet pop! (Yes, I call it pop :] ) — nothing healthy or appetizing about that stuff!
  2. Favorite food/health blog? This one! I really don’t follow many health blogs.
  3. Your go-to five-minute meal? Veggie sandwich with lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, alfalfa sprouts, and a small slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. Perfect last meal? Mashed potatoes (it is my last meal right? ;] ), grilled chicken with no marinade, grilled broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, and a nice glass of iced tea! 
  5. Favorite method of cooking and why? Grilled! Especially veggies! If you put them in a handmade foil baggie, it keeps all the flavor in.
  6. Craziest diet you’ve ever tried? Fruititarian diet. I do love fruit but not that much!
  7. Restaurant you’d go to every day if you could?  Fiorellos in NYC.



  8. Food/dish you’ve always wanted to learn how to cook, but haven’t? Ratatouille!   
  9. Dream dining companion? Who wouldn’t love to sit down with Julia Child? :]
