Lunch with the Grandparents at Steve’s Deli
Of course the moment I talk about being exciting for my new camera, I forget to bring it with me to lunch! So I had to take crappy cell phone pics.
My grandparents took me to a deli down the street from where I work that’s absolutely one of the most authentic, delicious delis around. I love that they offer lettuce-wrapped sandwiches.
Seriously, the Reuben tastes JUST as good on lettuce as it does on bread. I swear. And the chicken soup (just chicken, broth, and carrots) is amazingly flavorful. Tastes totally homemade. Topped off with an old and new pickle, this lunch hit the spot.
