Roasting up a Storm
This is why I love roasting. You can set the oven to a happy temperature, and then add things as they need to be cooked. For example, last night, I set my oven to 375 degrees and started roasting some acorn squash. Fifteen minutes later, I added some yukon gold potatoes. Fifteen minutes after that, I added some tofu marinated in black pepper sauce (not pictured). Fifteen minutes later, I added some kale chips. After another 10-12 minutes, I took everything out. Everything was cooked beautifully. All I had done was season it and stick it in the oven.
