The World in Food: Portuguese Boiled Crabs, Eaten by Elizabeth in Lisbon
My friend Elizabeth (or Elooza, as I like to call her) recently went to Portugal and partook in some of the most amazing-looking seafood I’ve ever seen. When I asked what her description of this dish would be, she said:
“Delicious?”
Then I asked if they had any type of sauce on them and she said:
“They were so fresh, no sauce was needed.”
I think that pretty much speaks for itself.
