Five-Minute Breakfast That Keeps You Full for Five Hours

I’ve been eating this breakfast for the past few weeks because it’s so easy, delicious, and satisfying. The elements:

~1/2-2/3 cup Fage FULL-FAT (that’s key!) Greek yogurt

~1/2-2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

~1/2 tsp cinnamon

Stir everything together and enjoy! It’s a high-fat, high-protein breakfast that won’t let you down.

Optional add-in:

~1 T peanut or almond butter
