A Week’s Worth of Salad
I made a base salad for the week (spinach, bell peppers, cukes, and carrots) and packed three tupperwares full of completed salads for the week (adding goat cheese, tomato, and spicy roasted chick peas). I’m home sick from work, so I also put some in a bowl for today’s lunch. It’s like a mama and her babies!
This is just another post to show you how a little bit of slicing, dicing, and roasting can give you 3-4 days worth of delicious lunches or dinners!
