National Running Day

Consider my calender marked, but I was probably going to run anyways.

Noted. And in case anyone was wondering how my 10K training is going… it’s good! I had my first 6 mile training run this past weekend and did it in 67 minutes (slow and steady, slow and steady). Anyone else want to report their progress?
