Make It (and trust me, I will): Sweet Potato & Goat Cheese Turkey Burger
Five reasons why you should make it:
- EASY! (Four ingredients, not including salt and pepper.)
- GOAT CHEESE (a little goes a long way to make a dish feel decadent without adding too many calories).
- burgers/patties are versatile. They can be eaten plain, on a bun/pita, or crumbled into a salad.
- they’d refridgerate/freeze well.
- the combo of turkey and sweet potato would give you an incredible dose of fiber and protein.
