Day One Follow-Up

I promised to record my week to see how close I can get to my ideal, so here’s Day One:

Monday: Light Cardio, Chest, Triceps
Light cardio (20 minutes 25 minutes elliptical intervals of higher/lower resistance— I got caught up in a TV show!)
Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Decline Flys
Push-Ups
Overhead Tricep Extension
Reverse Tricep Pushdown My gym closed early and they kicked me out before I could do these! I did the next two at home with free weights and a chair…
Kickbacks
Tricep Bench Dips
Total: 60-70 minutes

So far, not bad… Anyone else try Day One?
