Meet Earl L.



Earl maintains the healthy food and molecular gastronomy blog Toastable and is a student at Yale University. He ran for four years during high school and plans to train for a triathlon next.

Earl loves to analyze food to eat healthy, and such a careful eye for food has led him to take an interest in the science behind food and cooking. While Earl believes in sticking to whole, natural foods, he is not afraid to work with avant-garde ingredients and equipment such as constant temperature water baths and sodium alginate.
